Do you hold a valid driver's license for driving in Japan?

To legally drive in Japan, you must present your driver's license or provide the necessary translated documents based on your country of residence.

1. Coming to a store

Please inform the staff about your [vehicle], and we will confirm your reservation.

Note: Please arrive at the store by your reservation time.

Note: If you expect to be late, kindly contact the shop in advance.

2. Creating a contract

We will make copies of your driver's license, relevant documents, and passport. Please review the contract details and sign it.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask our staff.

3. Exterior vehicle check

Our staff will guide you in inspecting and confirming the condition of the vehicle during the car pick-up process.

Flow at the time of return

Note: Please return the car before the scheduled return time. If you expect to be late, kindly contact us in advance.

Fuel:

Please refuel the vehicle before returning it to our rental office.

Only high-quality fuel should be used for all cars. Using regular fuel may result in vehicle damage.

1. Exterior Check of the Vehicle:

Our staff will assist you in inspecting the vehicle's condition upon return.

2. Final Payment:

If any additional charges arise, or there is a difference in the initial payment, the adjustment will be made via credit card.
