Fee System
An Accepted credit card
You can use only credit cards with “3-D Secure 2.0”.
Payment is accepted via credit card in a single transaction.
Any adjustments for extra charges or credits will be processed using the credit card provided during reservation.
Renters must be at least 23 years old and have held a manual transmission license for at least three year
If the reservation conditions are not met, and this is confirmed upon your visit, a cancellation fee will apply as per the agreement.
About the fee
The entire process, from web sign-in to car reservation and payment, is quick and easy, allowing for reduced wait times at the rental location on your pick-up day.
For longer rental periods, where charges may be higher, you can confirm the total cost in advance for a hassle-free payment experience. The estimated rate is charged at the time of reservation, and any additional charges for excess usage will be settled upon return.

Basic rate + Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) + Optional Extras
About an optional fee
The reserved vehicle comes with a built-in car navigation system at no extra charge. For vehicles without this feature, you can rent an external navigation system for 540 JPY per day (tax included). *Please note, the external navigation system is in Japanese.
Our compensation system
In case of accident, the following insurance coverage will be provided:

- You will be responsible for any excess damage.
- Accidents that fall under the insurance disclaimer are not covered.
- Please report the accident to the police and obtain an official accident report.
Collision damage waiver (CDW)
The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) covers your deductible for property and/or vehicle damage in the event of an accident. However, if multiple accidents occur during the rental period, the CDW will only apply to the first incident.

Non operation charge (NOC)
We charge a Non-Operation Charge (NOC) for any car damage that occurs during the rental period, regardless of the extent of the damage or the time required for repairs.

- The NOC fee must be paid even if you have a collision damage waiver.
- A towing fee will be charged based on the actual cost, if required.
Cancellation of reservation
A cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a cancellation.
If we do not receive any contact within one hour past the estimated pick-up time, the reservation will be considered canceled.
